Have you been keeping track? We’re pleased to introduce Justin Weidmark, our third Contact Center Solutions Consultant added to the team, in the last few months! Justin has nearly two decades of direct experience working with Genesys PureConnect, as both a CIC Administrator and a National Dialer Manager, and extensive experience working with dialer configurations and operations for North American environments.

A telephony and VoIP Solution Support Specialist with Genesys PureConnect certification, Justin will play a key role in the installation and integration of PureCloud and PureConnect solutions. Justin joins fellow Contact Center Solutions Integrator, Brent Fewster, at our ever-expanding Toronto office.
