Our Technical Support Specialist, Phillip Fernandes Celebrates Five Fabulous Years!

As part of our amazing support team, Phillip Fernandes goes out of his way, each and every time, to make sure that our clients’ technical infrastructure is optimal. We also count on his technical know-how to assist clients on select projects where we know his expertise will be an asset.

With vast knowledge of the Genesys PureConnect platform, Phillip is also our preeminent expert in all things VoIP, AudioCodes and Networking. He particularly excels at fixing voice quality and voice routing issues. Seriously, he is our contact center king of VoIP having contributed to so many of our projects.

But what makes him special, is how his teammates can always count on him. No matter the issue or project, we know he will go the extra mile to ensure success. And somehow, he finds the time to enjoy European football with a glass of fine Portuguese wine. So, let’s all raise a glass for Phillip.
