Midwestern contact center operator selects Quovim C3 to manage current platform and setup new contact center in Florida

MONTREAL, May 4, 2016  Quovim C3, a provider of contact center software, multi-channel communications solutions and consulting services, today announced its first US-based client – SatCom Marketing of Minnesota, a contact center operator with expertise in serving the cable/broadband industry. Quovim C3 has taken over SatCom’s Interactive Intelligence Customer Interaction Center (CIC) platform support and maintenance contract. A CIC user for the last two years, SatCom has about 200 contact center agents in Brooklyn Park, MN, primarily engaged in outbound campaigns on behalf of clients in the cable/broadband industry. Additionally, Quovim C3 will manage SatCom’s new second contact center in Florida.

SatCom’s CIC solution leverages modules including Dialer, Call Scripter, IMC and Recorder. Despite the impressive potential of this powerful system, SatCom was experiencing challenges with support. It was taking too long to resolve system performance issues. Addressing and resolving these challenges became Quovim C3’s top priority. With SatCom’s CIC solution now operating at full capacity, the team is planning the implementation of additional modules including IVR, Skill-Based Routing and Staging.
