Highly regarded as a Canadian leading expert in the contact center industry, he is devoted to guiding organizations gain greater clarity in their operations, generate cost-savings and strengthen customer relationships. You can find him cycling around the city in his spare time.

Joe Bigio

Executive Vice-President and Co-Founder

Specialized in enhancing customer-communications through innovative solutions, Joe has 20+ years of experience in senior management, executive sales, and professional consulting. Focused on enriching the customer experience for every single interaction, Joe is devoted to helping businesses gain greater clarity in their operations and generate cost-savings. Joe is passionate about community giving and volunteering, and is an active board member of several charities and non-profit organizations.

Alain Leonard

Technical Director

A certified Interactive Intelligence CIC architect and integrator, Alain has over 20 years of relevant industry experience, with thirteen years spent as an architect and senior analyst specialized in complex telecommunications systems and customer contact center technologies. A senior advisor and expert in software development, programing and systems development, Alain is Quovim C3’s architect for complex and/or large-scale projects.
