We are doubly delighted to announce that World Vision Canada has awarded their Genesys PureConnect annual maintenance and support contract to Quovim C3 and has also become our first official Microsoft Dynamics Connector client.

With Canadian headquarters located in Mississauga, Ontario, World Vision Canada employs approximately 160 contact center agents using the acclaimed Genesys PureConnect Inbound and Outbound multichannel platform.

In addition to the celebrated Quovim C3 customer care experience, agents will benefit from boosted connectivity and agility thanks to the seamless integration of their Microsoft Dynamics platform with PureConnect through Quovim C3’s Dynamics Connector. By leveraging their PureConnect platform, agents will work smarter, not harder with an optimized and streamlined agent desktop with integrated applications – click to dial, work order screen-pops based on incoming interactions, dialer integration for agentless service reminder campaigns, opportunity regeneration and generic interaction creation – all embedded directly to Microsoft Dynamics.
